All scanning, OCR recognition, image processing, cropping, and PDF creation are performed locally on your device. We do not collect or store the content of your documents on our servers.

Qzox Scanner does not require account creation and does not collect personal information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Contacts

c) Analytics and Usage Data

To improve app functionality and understand user behavior, our application uses analytics services provided by Google Firebase.

These analytics services may automatically collect certain non-personal data such as:

• Device model and operating system
• App usage patterns and feature interaction
• Session duration
• Crash reports and diagnostics
• Country-level location information

This data is collected anonymously and cannot personally identify users. Analytics data may also be used to improve advertising performance and measurement when connected with Google advertising services.

• Storage / Media Access – Required to save scanned PDFs and allow users to import images.

To provide free features and maintain the application, advertisements are displayed through advertising networks.

• Advertising partners integrated through mediation platforms

Advertising partners may use the device Advertising ID to deliver relevant ads and measure ad performance. Users can reset or disable their Advertising ID through Android device settings.

Our application uses Google Firebase Analytics which may be connected to advertising services such as Google AdSense and Google AdMob.

If you purchase premium features or remove advertisements, payments are processed securely through the official Google Play Billing system.

7. Data Retention

Since Qzox Scanner processes documents locally, all scanned documents remain on your device.

• You can delete documents anytime inside the app.
• Uninstalling the app removes stored app data.

We implement reasonable security practices to protect app data stored on your device. Users are encouraged to secure their device with passwords or biometric locks.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
