These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qzox Scanner mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by the Balram Tech Hub.

By installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Qzox Scanner only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

• Do not misuse or attempt to hack the App
• Do not interfere with security or functionality
• Do not upload or process illegal or harmful content

2. App Features

Qzox Scanner offers a wide range of document and PDF utilities, including but not limited to:

• Document scanning using device camera
• OCR (Text recognition from images)
• QR Code and Barcode scanning
• ID card and multi-page document scanning
• ID Photo with custom size frame like -Passport, Visa, Aadhar ,PAN card etc.
• Image to PDF conversion
• PDF merging and splitting
• PDF compression and optimization
• Lock and unlock PDF documents with password protection
• Draw and add handwritten digital signatures
• Insert saved signatures into documents
• Offline document storage on your device
• Export documents as PDF or image formats

Features may be updated, improved, restricted, or removed at any time to enhance performance and user experience.

3. Advertisements

Currently, Qzox Scanner does not display advertisements. In the future, we may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks depending on device or app store.

If advertisements are introduced, interaction with ads will be voluntary. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of third-party advertisements.

4. In-App Purchases & Premium Features

Currently, Qzox Scanner does not offer premium features or in-app purchases. In the future, premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases may be offered to unlock advanced functionality or remove ads.

All future payments will be processed securely through the respective app store.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues will be governed by the policies of the respective store.

5. User Content & Local Storage

All scanned documents, images, PDFs, and signatures are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export them.

We do not access, upload, or view your documents without your consent.

6. Feedback & Feature Requests

If you submit feedback, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant us permission to store and use this information to improve the App.

Feedback data may be stored securely using Firebase Firestore.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how data is collected and handled.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Device damage
• Business or productivity loss
• Issues caused by third-party services

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
